ARCUX performed a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) to understand the site's actual conditions and provide recommendations to our client on what needs to be replaced or fixed to bring the site up to Industry standards. The PCA report discusses all major building systems and site improvement, including a replacement reserve table and an Immediate repair table.
The PCA was divided into four major areas: Sitework, Building Envelope, Equipment and Fixtures, and Power Interconnection.
After reviewing the PCA with the client, a Procurement, Permitting, and Construction plan was developed following the client's needs and long lead items. Currently, in the planning Bid Process, Construction activities commenced in January 2022.
